Job Description: Mig/Tig Welders Needed in Green Bay, Our Green Bay client is looking at a very large job that involves a ton of welding over the next month or two. They are seeking qualified Mig/Tig welders that could step in right away with minimal training and hit the ground running. If their workload continues to be this heavy in welding, this could turn into a permanent position. Here is what they are looking for:, • Self motivated individuals, • At least 3 years of experience welding a variety of materials including carbon steels, stainless steel and aluminum using both TIG and MIG processes, • Proven experience working with complex, detail-oriented projects in a job shop environment, • Must have experience reading and interpreting drawings and blue prints, including weld symbols and machining notations, • Strong math and metric skills, • Experience working with tight tolerances, • Fabrication experience using waterjet, press brake, rollers, drill press, lathe and mills a HUGE plus, • Team player, • Positive attitude, • Strong dedication to quality, This is a day shift position with decent pay.
