Job Description: Primary Duties: o Assisting team with all transport related including Documentation, DACS provisioning, labeling, Physical layer cross connects and cabling, Test and turn up of new circuits., o Troubleshooting and maintain Telco facilities, 3 to 1 MUX, Bits clock, DSX panels., o Participant in a team based “on-call schedule with 24x7x365 network support. We operate in a fast paced, dynamically changing environment. Proven ability to quickly diagnose, isolate and implement correction for complex technical problems will serve well in this position., o Network monitoring of BSS (BTS, BSC) and core network components (MSC, SGSN, GGSN), o E911 routing maintenance / Location based services, o Voicemail system maintenance, o Asterisk maintenance, o MSSQL & MYSQL experience preferred o C#, ASP.Net, Perl, JavaScript experience is a plus, o VMware experience preferred o Cisco router, switch, firewall configuration, knowledge of Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), preferred o Linux & Windows server configuration / setup, o Basic understanding of:, fire suppression system, power systems (AC/DC), HVAC
