Job Description: The Client Services Coordinator position assists the advisors in the development of the client’s written Strategic Plan. The primary responsibility is to gain a complete understanding of the Stop Selling Vanilla Ice Cream process and SM Advisors business model in order to deliver services to our clients. A typical Strategic Plan includes 3 all-day planning sessions. The Client Services Coordinator key accountabilities include the following:, 1) Sit in client planning sessions and capture content, vision and emotion of team discussions and decisions (40%), 2) Business Plan development and writing - (35%) • Prepare and update all proprietary documents and templates, and submit to the client as the plan evolves throughout the sessions. • Work closely with the client to ensure effective communication of action plans and deadlines throughout the process., • Final proof of all documents for accuracy of content to ensure a professional product is delivered to the client. Advisor will give a final review., • Participate in SM Advisors business planning process., • Travel as needed within Wisconsin to meet with clients. 3) Be proactive in asking questions and making recommendations to improve the quality of our business model/process/final plan to the client. (5%), 4) Provide backup office support (10%), • Execute and plan Social Media and assist in Marketing. • Maintain electronic files., • Assist with consistent flow of office operations., • Ensure timely preparation for client meetings and completion of projects., 5) Other projects as discussed (10%)
