Job Description: St Norbert College, a private, liberal arts college in De Pere, WI, is seeking an Upperclass Housing Coordinator to join our Residential Education and Housing team. This is a full-time, temporary (10 month appointment) position, responsible for the general management and residential life functions for the Townhouse Village, Gries Hall, Riverside and Vander Zanden Apartments and College Houses, housing 432 students. This is a live-in position, beginning September 3, 2012 and ending June 1, 2013. Through personnel and facilities management, the Coordinator fosters safe, positive, and inclusive community environments utilizing student development theory and practice. The position is highly administrative and will be responsible for the day-to-operation of a housing area comprised of buildings with one and two bedroom units, college houses, town houses and a hall that houses junior and senior students.
