Job Description: QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Front Desk / Customer Service position at a hotel in Green Bay, WI. This is a temp-to-hire position with flexible hours on second shift, 35 hours a week., Responsibilities:, • Responsible for greeting new hotel visitors and insuring a quick and courteous check in. • Must be able to trouble shoot issues arising while visitors are being checked in and or during the duration of their stay. • Accommodate guest request as needed., • Interact respectfully and in a courteous manner toward all guests.
