Job Description: Various supportive duties involved in monitoring and coordinating the activities of our food production and packaging lines. Responsible for using efficient and safe manufacturing processes by guiding team members. Verify the readiness of the production or packaging line at start-up and assist with change overs. Monitors the production process, makes periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices according to standard operating procedures. Ensures equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times. Help ensure quality and safety standards are met. This person must be a team player with good communication, organizational and leadership skills. A mechanical aptitude is helpful.
