Job Description: Seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to be responsible for managing the overall quality assurance and control processes and procedures to all areas of fabrication and construction management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to the following: *Measure and assess the effectiveness of the quality program. Provide and communicate quality findings and results to the President/CEO and project management teams. Provide resources and recommendations to work more effectively. *Manage the quality audit process. Establish audits to identify best practices and ensure quality control measures are met. *Create company's quality procedures, document control and compliance, improve procedures already in place, as needed. Recommend and establish training programs in areas that require quality improvements. *Develop and mentor staff. *Maintain ASME certifications.

Education Required: Bachelor's degree and related experience and/or training are required.
Experience Required: Must have an in depth knowledge of construction codes and standards. Strong familiarity with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel code. NDT/NDE (Nondestructive Evaluation Testing) Level II is required; however Level III certification is preferred.
