Job Description: Seeking an Industrial Engineer, with a strong mechanical aptitude, to improve operator safety, manufacturing processes, quality and productivity by working with a cross functional team of Operators, Supervisors, Maintenance, Material Control and Management.

Experience Required: Technical Skills, •Proficient with the use of a computer and software applications including Minitab, Microsoft Project, Visio, Igraphics (or other simulation software), Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD., •Project Management Skills – Strong ability to complete projects accurately, within budget, and in a timely manner. Experience, •5 years experience supporting manufacturing to improve methods and processes., •Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing including leading Kaizen events. •Experience in metal processing and manual assembly operations is a plus. •Demonstrated track record of solving problems quickly and efficiently in a fast paced manufacturing environment. •Must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills., •Documented Six Sigma certification at a minimum of Green Belt level.
