Job Description: For over 30 years, the Conover Company has been a leader in the development of assessments and skill building software programs for education and corporate use. Based in Appleton, WI, the successful candidate will initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to create new clients or sell additional services. Support to existing customers is also a factor. Based on established sales quotas, bonus compensation is available, tied to these performance goals., Essential Duties:, Strong ability to establish customer rapport over the phone and internet, Ability to sell through phone and internet discussions, Explain and discuss products and services to meet customer needs, Proficient in computer usage with various software programs to manage and update prospect and customer data and product information, and to prepare quotations, Responsible for all phases of the sales cycle, Provide knowledgeable and courteous responses
