Job Description: Seeking a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvements from a process system standpoint in terms of overall safety, quality, production, standard development and training systems within a manufacturing value stream. The Process Engineer takes the leadership role in identifying, assigning, directing, and leading process improvements/problem solving projects, to improve the effectiveness of the manufacturing process insuring customer satisfaction and maximum profitability of the operation is attained.

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years relevant work experience preferably in paper or film converting and/or printing.
Experience Required: The successful candidate must be self-motivated with outstanding decision making and problem solving skills. Have a complete knowledge of lean/continuous improvement methodologies and tools, safety best practices and process analysis. Strong leadership, organization, project management and excellent communication skills are essential to this position.
