Job Description: Jo to Go - Fabulous Coffee Fast and Where the Coffee Comes First, We are looking for an experienced restaurant or retail manager to join our team. We are looking for a leader that loves to motivate their team as well as show their customers a standard of excellence., Overall Responsibilities:, Directing daily operations of the cafe and ensuring compliance with company standards in product preparation and delivery; guaranteeing the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. Training, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, and financial accountability. Enforces sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen, dining area, and restrooms., Additional Qualifications:, Flexibility, reliability and a strong customer focus, Demonstrates good communication skills, Takes initiative, Possesses skills for problem solving/conflict resolution, Efficient and organized, Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate a high level of professionalism - leading by example, Must possess and maintain a valid drivers liscense and have reliable transportation, Must successfully clear the background and reference check processes
