Job Description: Bay East Animal Hospital currently has 2 full time positions available in the area of customer service. Any applicant must have a minimum of 3 years customer service experience. We are looking for an energetic individual that can multitask in a very fast work environment. Attention to detail and accuracy is a must, as dealing with medical records is one of the primary responsibilities of this position. Our client service reps are the first and last people that our clients interact with. Professionalism, warm and welcoming personalities along with excellent written and verbal communications skills are required for this position.
