In the B2B Representative position, candidates will be performing lead generation activities, developing new accounts, and maintaining existing assigned accounts via telephone. May involve a support role for the outside sales force. Essential Duties and Responsibilities, 1. Develop and compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, internet websites, and other sources., 2. Make outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell products and services., 3. Handle inbound sales lead calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and email to qualify leads and sell products and services., 4. Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers., 5. Emphasize salable features, quote sales prices and credit terms, and prepare sales orders for orders obtained., 6. Duties related to customer service including (but not limited to) tracking stock levels and resolving delivery issues., 7. Coordinate customer training., 8. Build and maintain customer relationships., 9. Prepare reports of business transactions., 10. Travel to and attend trade shows., 11.
