Job Description: Seeking an assertive, 2 to 4 year degreed, Industrial Engineer ideally with experience in a larger manufacturing environment. This position performs engineering work related to planning, devising, or adapting methods to improve manufacturing production. Examine equipment, processes, operations, and assembly to determine time to produce product. Responsible for loading all information into ERP system., Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques, Capability Studies, Process Mapping, FMEA, and root cause analysis is a benefit. Excellent verbal & written communication skills are essential. Must be able to manage multiple tasks with aggressive deadlines . Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with ProE , AutoCAD, SAP is preferred.
