Job Description: Journeyman Electrician, Department: Field, Job Status: Full Time, FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Job Band: Individual Contributors, Reports To: Project Manager, Positions Supervised: May supervise other Faith employees if engaging in a supervisory function on a project., Amount of Travel Required: 60-75%, Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays., POSITION SUMMARY, These positions are responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance within the commercial, industrial, and residential settings., REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS STATEMENT, To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. A reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with a covered disability to perform the essential functions of the position as long as an undue hardship is not imposed., ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, •Installs, maintains, and/or troubleshoots basic electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC), •Demonstrates ability to work without direct supervision, •Installs conduit systems, various lighting systems, and basic control systems, •Installs motor feeders and makes standard motor connections, •Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles, •Consistently follows workplace safety procedures, •Participates in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety functions, •Immediately identifies, corrects, and/or reports any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner, •Works as a member of a cohesive team, •Performs other related duties as required and assigned
