Job Description: Responsibilities include but are not limited to leading, monitoring, coordinating & instructing an efficient, continuously improving sanitation team; ensures that all food safety specifications, good manufacturing practices and procedures are followed; ascertains that equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times. Also includes participating as a sanitation team member disassembling, cleaning, sterilizing, and reassembling all of the production lines, cleaning & sanitizing equipment, and the facility as a whole while complying with USDA FDA regulations., This position involves working with various solvents, power sprayers, and tools. Most tasks are preformed in an environment that is cold and wet. These tasks require lifting, carrying, climbing ladders, standing, stretching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, crouching and bending on a regular basis.
