Job Description: Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Coordinator for the Oshkosh/Fond du Lac area. This is a Direct Hire opportunity! Candidates in this position will be responsible for supporting the HR and Safety departments. This position will be responsible for coordinating efforts surrounding: organization safety, safety compliance, safety inspections and employee training, filing, DOT program compliance, reporting and other duties as assigned., Responsibilities: • Coordinate company safety programs to include compliance, inspections, development and training, • Assist with writing work instructions, processes and procedures, • Coordinate recruiting process to include sourcing candidates, reviewing applications and resumes and maintain job postings, • Prepare and organize new hire paperwork, benefit packets and additional paperwork as needed, • Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from database; also maintain personnel files, • Create and update HR forms on an as needed basis

Education Required: • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required. • Secondary education in Human Resources or related field desirable.
Experience Required: • Experience of two (2) to three (3) years in human resources and safety (EH&S) is preferred, • Intermediate Computer Skills • Basic Decision Making, Problem Solving, Analytical, Organizational, Interpersonal, and Verbal/Written Communication Skills
