Job Description: A'viands is seeking a qualifed cook to handle on-campus catering needs. The Lead Cook is responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and standards while maintaining a neat, clean and safe work environment. Duties of this position include handling and preparing food in accordance with sanitary regulations, controlling food and inventory costs and assistance in supervising of shift operations. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple priorities and have excellent leadership and communication skills. Preference may be given to candidates who possess an advanced degree in culinary arts or related field.
