Job Description: Assisted Living Communities by Hillcrest is looking for an LPN to fill our Part Time PM Shift opening at our Brillion West Haven Location. This position is 40 hours in two weeks. The hours would be from 4pm-8pm during the week and 2pm-10pm every other weekend., We are seeking a caring, dependable, team oriented LPN who has a passion for making a difference in the lives of our seniors, and to provide extraordinary care., This position is primarily responsible for overseeing and providing all the necessary cares for the maintenance of the physical health of our residents.
