Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Welding Supervisor for a permanent opportunity in the Oshkosh area! This person will direct and coordinate welding and fabrication production activities, along with manage and develop employees. You will also be assisting on the floor with welding needs approximately 20% of the time. This position offers a competitive wage with a thriving company!

Base Pay: $18-$22 per hour based on experience
Experience Required: Must have at least five years of welding experience, mainly Mig welding. Knowledge of fabrication equipment and processes also beneficial. A minimum of three years of supervisory experience required., Proficient on computers including Microsoft Word and Excel.
