Job Description: St. Norbert College is seeking a Director of Prevention Education and Student Judicial Affairs. Under the supervision of the Vice President for Mission and Student Affairs, this position is responsible for administering the student conduct system and adjudicating alleged violations of conduct policies by college students in a fair and timely manner. Responsibilities also include setting the tone and direction for this newly restructured position, reviewing and revising conduct codes, adjudication systems, manuals and related procedures. The director is a participant in developing an educational climate supportive of the mission of the college. Responsibilities center on fostering an environment that encourages sensible conduct choices and personal and educational integrity, all using the foundational values of the institution, especially our Catholic, Norbertine and liberal arts traditions., Finally, the director will help design and implement prevention and education programs concerning relationship violence, sexual assault, stalking and alcohol/drug use and abuse. These efforts will be done in collaboration with other areas of the Mission and Student Affairs Division., St. Norbert College, a national Catholic, liberal arts college rooted in the Norbertine tradition, welcomes applications from members of all faith traditions and backgrounds. Experience Required: Must be a seasoned student affairs professional with direct experience in student conduct and student behavior management; have 3-5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including significant leadership experience in student affairs; and 3-5 years working knowledge of prevention strategies utilized with sexual misconduct and alcohol and drug abuse. Must have attention to detail and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
