Job Description: NEW POSITION! (Previous sales management done by owner) Exponential growth now requires creation of this sales management position. As one of the top Unishippers franchise owner-groups in the nation, we have a proven methodology and a culture of winning! We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who enjoys selling, but also enjoys training, mentoring and motivating a sales team., Current sales team includes 4 FT shipping consultants. Manager will grow and maintain his/her own book of business, while spending 50% of time on management duties, including auditing sales calls, training reps to develop sales skills for C-level interactions, running activity/margin reports, etc. Many calls are made via phone due to customer location. Additional calls to Wisconsin area businesses are made in person and ride-alongs are encouraged to audit and train in-person skills. As additional reps are needed, duties will include screening, hiring and on-boarding new hires with our online training and in-house skill development map. Manager will oversee rep activity on a weekly basis, meeting with each rep for individual reviews and hosting our weekly Vital Factor Team Meeting.
