Job Description: One of our clients in Luxemburg, Wisconsin, is looking for an Administrative Manager for their small office. This position has flexible hours; up to 40 hours weekly during busy periods, generally, fall and winter. The position will support business operations by organizing, coordinating and performing office activities., Responsibilities:, • Organizing office operations and procedures, • Answer telephone calls professionally and provide general information to clients, directing them to appropriate person, • Greet all visitors professionally, • Supporting office staff by ensuring client needs are satisfactorily met, • Assist clients by providing them with information to satisfy their needs, • Maintaining files and controlling correspondence
