Job Description: To pro-actively call and initiate new relationships with contacts by effectively communicating SHS benefits, asking probing questions and overcoming objections. Once relationship is initiated, take responsibility for maintaining customer contact to grow the business. Perform activities associated with selling, ordering and overall management of customers in dealing with specialized merchandise that requires knowledge of a unique and specialized process., • Make new outbound sales calls daily documenting each interaction in salesforce.com, • Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills, • Educate and assist customers regarding our customized SHS product line. Effectively communicate how our products fit and grow similar business in appropriate industries. • Maintain excellent knowledge of products and pricing; help customers select the right product for their needs., • Accurately facilitate the entire sales process, including quoting, gathering customer information and approvals, gathering specs, preparing order for production, expediting order, billing customer when product ships, • Provide manufacturing with accurate, well-documented details, support data and production materials as required, • Prioritize and move projects forward with timely and accurate follow-up all while enjoying the challenge, • Attend to and communicate customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolution, • Communicate regularly with marketing and managers regarding information/feedback received from customers and prospective customers, • Responsible for the daily contact and relationship with co-workers (Office & Shop) ensuring that customer needs are being met and/or exceeded, as well as reaching positive desired results for the company, • Ensure SHS and customer brands are represented in professional and positive manner

Experience Required: • Cold calling experience, excellent customer service and selling skills a must. Combination of 3-5 years education and experience acceptable. • Experience in sales with proven ability to conduct business via the telephone effectively, • Ability to communicate ideas visually, verbally and in writing, • Able to multi-task; accurately working on more than one project at a time to meet customer requirements, • Excellent attention-to-detail, organization, critical thinking, follow-up and problem solving skills, • Excellent word-processing skills with proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, Internet and search engines • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, with good time management and collaborative skills, • Consistently meet deadlines and production schedules
