Job Description: CleanPower is seeking a Full-Time Projects Cleaner for our Appleton Operations team! Starting pay is $10.00 per hour! Duties will include:, • Stripping and refinishing VCT and linoleum floors, • Burnishing floors, • Spray buffing, • Using wi-wax on vinyl steps, • Operating auto-scrubbers, • Carpet extraction • General cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, scrubbing, etc., • Assisting with special cleaning projects, • Driving company vehicles to job sites, • Helping cover general cleaning accounts when needed

Experience Required: Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:, • MUST be flexible to work both 1st and 2nd shift hours, including weekends, • Prior experience with floor care desired, • Valid driver license and proof of auto insurance, • Ability to travel throughout WI, • STRONG focus on customer service, both internal AND external • A positive, professional and helpful demeanor is required at all times, • Excellent attendance is considered a requirement, • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently • Ability to bend, squat, kneel, stoop on a consistent basis
