Experience with lean manufacturing initiatives sufficient to develop and lead similar programs. Experience with Six Sigma as a process improvement methodology is an asset. Five years of direct supervisory experience in manufacturing operations., Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software, e.g., word processing, email and spreadsheets., Quality orientation and attention to detail., Good communications and human relations skills., Strong supervisory abilities., Solid decision-making skills., Cooperative and willing to assist others., Ability to perform basic math skills
