Job Description: Homes for Independent Living, (HIL) provides group home, adult family home, supervised apartment living and related services for adults and children with developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injuries and mental illness. HIL is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong communication and problem solving skills for a part-time, Training Manager position to support our Brown County operations. This is a new position, and will be performing tasks related to training new and existing direct support staff. The successful candidate must have the desire, ability, and experience to follow an established curriculm and teach it effectively and hold and maintain a valid Wisconsin Drivers License with acceptable driving record. This position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week Monday – Friday; schedule may vary, although special assignments may require longer hours or rare weekend hours.
