Job Description: • Responsible for all tasks related to producing payroll for the business hourly and salary employees. o Data Entry, o Verification, o Auditing time cards and resolving errors, o Earnings reports and other related reports, • Setup and maintenance of employee benefit information, • General accounting skills, • Basic administrative duties • Foster a positive working relationship with Human Resources, • Ability to establish priorities, • Foresight to know when to seek assistance, • Ability to take directives from a variety of people and departments, • Independent judgment and decision making skills, • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, • Verbal Comprehension (Understand oral and written communications – both general and technical), • Associate Degree Required, Bachelor Degree desired, • Discretion when working with sensitive and confidential information., • Communication skills (provide clear instructions/directions), • Reasoning Skills (problem solving and troubleshooting skills), • Basic PC skills required, strong skills in Excel, proficiency with 10-Key and Microsoft Office. Viewpoint, SQL and Crystal reports a benefit but no required., • Other duties as assigned.
