Job Description: This individual is responsible for vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with in-house and manufacturer’s standards. This will include prioritizing new work orders and coordinating repairs among Shop Mechanics. You will be training and developing the staff as well ensuring quality and efficiency of all repairs.

Base Pay: $20-$25 per hour based on experience
Education Required: Technical Degree preferred, but will consider equivalent experience.
Experience Required: Proven, hands on experience as Diesel Mechanics in a shop environment. At least two years of Supervisory experience preferred. Computer skills needed., Valid driver’s license with good driving record, have or be able to obtain a CDL. Dependable, responsible team player with a positive attitude. Must have own tools.
