Job Description: Masterson Personnel is searching for a 3rd shift secondary machine operator to work for our client company in Oshkosh, WI. The position will be involved with all facets of production machinery. A background of metal fabrication and production is necessary. Good mechanical and mathematical skills are required.

Experience Required: Responsibilities include supporting various fabrication machines during operation and ensuring company standards are met. In the position you would be responsible for learning all aspects of the product quality expectations and completing all productions to meet these requirements. Will be expected to learn all production machinery and complete required daily maintenance. Will complete finish operations on all required parts. Other duties will be assigned as needed. 1 year recent working experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong work history is a must. Qualified candidates must have the ability to accurately read and utilize measuring tools such as calipers and rulers.
