Job Description: 1. Performs all tasks and responsibilities of a Sandwich Artist, Assistant Manager, and Manager as outlined in their respective job descriptions., 2. Provides leadership to staff of assigned stores to ensure compliance with standards as set in the Operations Manual, Policy and Procedure book, and applicable government regulations., 3. Works with staff to achieve sales goals by using available reports to identify opportunities., 4. Ensures that correct operational procedures are followed and takes corrective action if necessary., 5. Coaches and trains all staff for operational excellence, monitors training processes to ensure quality training of employees, and develops and maintains staffing levels for all assigned stores. 6. Performs store-to-office paperwork duties and store money accounting duties.
