Job Description: Supervises and manages the Collections Department in the absence of the Collections Manager. Manages accounts, updates, verifications and disputes. Reviews and approves all outgoing client correspondence from staff. Holds weekly collections meetings and numerous trainings, tele-seminars, and online seminars. Primary contact for clients regarding collection issues. Works supervisor queues daily. Enters debtor information from non-billing or collection only client files. Performs maintenance functions in Latitude. Other duties as assigned. AA/EOE.
