Job Description: SUMMARY , Install Managers are responsible for coordinating the install of signs for our customers at their various locations. Install Managers communicate and coordinate with general contractors nation-wide to determine when a site is ready for the signs to be installed and are responsible for coordinating with subcontractors to get signs installed. They are also responsible for related budget and purchase order issues between Jones Sign and our subcontractors. A successful Install Manager will work within a set timeline to get our customer’s signs installed per the specifications given to us by the customer, and will be responsible for controlling the quality of a sign installation. Install Managers must be comfortable with communicating with subcontractors, mostly by phone, regarding any issue with the job they have completed, and driving the project to be completed correctly and on time. DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS, •Management of subcontractors and install teams for assigned sign projects, •Obtains diggers clearance, •Manages purchase orders, •Obtains permits, •Responsible for the quality of our installations, •Works with general contractors to determine when a site is ready for sign installation, •Solves install issues as they arise, •Maintains reports for both internal use and customer use, •Manages budget for the install of the sign
