Job Description: The Food Service Supervisor oversees the Food Service Department to ensure the nutritional food requirements of the residents is met, as well as standards of cleanliness and food preparation required by State and Federal laws are met. The Food Service Supervisor is also responsible for meeting the Company food budget on a monthly and yearly basis, as well as creating menus that correspond with Company food budget requirements.
