Job Description: IMMEDIATE OPENING - FULL TIME Account Executive - THE SCENE ENTERTAINMENT NEWSPAPER GREEN BAY, The Scene, Green Bay's alternative music, entertainment and arts newspaper has an IMMEDIATE opening for a representative to sell and assist with creating special sections for Green Bay and DePere clients. There is a partial customer list. Primary responsibility will be to build new customers by stopping in at least 20 businesses per day. Hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm -- Monday through Friday. Account Executives work out of their home office, attend monthly sales meetings, send weekly reports and make daily calls to manager. 1-2 years experience outside sales preferably in advertising in newspaper, radio, digital or print is helpful. Promotions and marketing experience also considered. Must have reliable transportation., We're looking for someone who has strong computer skills with PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word. We are also looking for someone who has the self discipline to make calls in the field from 8:30am to 5:30am without prompting.
