Job Description: Solution IT company in the Green Bay area is looking for a PC Tech. This person will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer and telephony related issues for our client various customers., The company is looking for someone who has very good knowledge in all Microsoft products as well as having a good understanding of resolving WAN/LAN issues. The company is looking for someone who is A+ certified and has the ability to provide sound technical solution to customers either via phone/help desk or on sight management. Our client is looking for someone with at least 3 years of proven experience in the IT field. Other certification would be helpful.
