Job Description: Summary: Responsible for developing cost estimates for all projects as required by customers documents., Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include the following: Estimate large and small projects using the software, JobBOSS, while building positive working relationships with sales and operations in order to achieve precise bidding estimates., • Review specifications and owner requirements, and discuss with operations as necessary, • Prepares bid proposal in a professional and timely manner, • Analyze alternate means and methods to determine the most economic choice, • Identify risk issues and determine their magnitude in the bid process, • Provide pricing for changes in project as required, Qualifications:, • High school Diploma Required, • 3-5 years in a Manufacturing environment required, • Working experience as a Welder/Fabricator recommended, • Able to multi-task in a fast packed work environment, • Strong math skills required, • Strong attention to detail and able to work collectively, • Proficient in computer software programs used in estimating
