Job Description: Greatland, a specialist in wage reporting products, is seeking 8 limited- term Technical Support Associates to provide technical support to the segment of our customer base who utilize our WinFiler software to file forms to the state and federal government. As a technical problem solver, you will deal one-on-one with customers over the telephone, while creating a positive customer experience., As a Technical Support Associate you will:, •Answer inbound customer calls and troubleshoot issues in software configuration, setup, connectivity and functionality; •Use internal applications for entering and tracking tickets; and, •Actively research problems using all available resources to prevent or solve common issues

Education Required: High School Diploma
Experience Required: •Strong knowledge of technology. Do you have a strong technical background including knowledge of software configuration, setup, connectivity and functionality?, •Verbal communication skills. Do you have a professional and positive attitude? Can you effectively communicate over the phone?, •Planning and organizing. Are you able to multitask, prioritize workload and tolerate stress while maintaining strong attention to details?, •Problem solving. Are you able to effectively use process of elimination skills and provide the best solution in clear, easy to follow steps?
