Job Description: Zeamer’s Welding, LLC is currently seeking metal fabricators/welders with extraordinary skills to meet demands and complete work orders in a timely manner. Individuals will be responsible for installing, repairing and fabricating materials out of metal in a safe and effective manner. This individual will need to maintain welds on various items using stick/MIG welding processes. Individual must have experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals in an economical and efficient manner. Individual will maintain shop, equipment, tools, welders, service trucks, ect., and be able to assist others as it may be required for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of work activities or responding to emergency/safety issues. Individual must have excellent interpersonal skills along with solid leadership, teamwork and communication skills. This individual must be organized, hard working, self motivated, and be able to accurately read a tape measure. Individual will be required to maintain a good driving record and a valid driver license as they will be responsible for transporting various items via company vehicle. Individual must have the ability to utilize strengths of team members as take direction from others while completing tasks in a safe and efficient manner., Agriculture and farming background is preferred, but is not a requirement. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
