Job Description: Optima is searching for a Procurement Manager to be responsible for overall management of our Procurement Department functions and personnel. The duties include developing and maintaining effective business relationships with strategic suppliers; developing effective negotiation strategies for base contracts, pricing, lead times and term arrangements to enable ongoing success; and professionally managing and measuring suppliers for continuous performance and improvement. This position will work in close collaboration with our German parent company.

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree desired, Supply Chain Management or related field

A high level of mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics is a plus. Knowledge of SAP is also an added plus.
