Job Description: The Health Care Coordinator will be responsible for hiring and placing professionals, such as RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s with local medical facilities in Green Bay and surrounding areas. This person will also have sales duties and recruit new health care facility customers for our agency. Responsibilities include:, Screen applications and interview candidates for RN, LPN and CNA job placements., Perform background checks, drug screens, skills testing, Conduct new hire orientations and provide all applicable forms and documents, Participate in sales calls and make cold calls to potential new customers

Education Required: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Course work in health field is helpful but not required. A minimum of one year experience in a medical facility or nursing home environment preferred.

Must be able to multi task and have flexibility to work hours as needed. Must love challenges and want potential growth and advancement. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
