Job Description: We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant at our New Franken, Wisconsin location. The Administrative Assistant will perform duties using MAS 90 Software and general clerical duties supporting various areas of the company., This person will be responsible for assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entry and reconciling all documents with vendors and customers. This person will also assist in month end closing and will perform other general administrative functions.

Base Pay: Based on Experience
Other Pay: Full Time employees are eligible for insurance, 401K, paid holidays and vacation
Education Required: Certification in Accounting is a plus.
Experience Required: Must have the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:, -Minimum of two years experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable., -Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems & procedures, -Accounting principles knowledge, -Outstanding organizational skills, -Able to function well in a fast pace environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness, -Ability to multitask, -Strong oral and written communication skills, -Ability to function with minimal supervision, -Detail oriented, -Excellent time management skills, -Ability to work independently and with a team, -Strong problem solving skills, -Experience with MS Office (Excel)
