Job Description: • Handle recruiting and relationships with educational organizations and third party recruitment agencies. Recruit quality candidates promoting Velocity Machine as a premier employer of choice through the company website, online recruiting websites, colleges, job fairs, employee referral programs, and word of mouth., • Coordinate the successful On-boarding of new employees to ensure that all payroll, benefit, and employee files are established correctly and in full legal compliance., • Work with Information Technology on the company website., • Be able to clearly communicate and interpret company policies to all employees. • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws in all written policies and workplace actions., • Administer benefits orientations, paperwork and answering questions for employees., • Help to facilitate employee communication., • Administer payroll including posting employee work hours., • Work with the supervisors to ensure performance and compensation reviews are done on a timely basis., • Assist with safety and worker’s compensation programs and documentation, • Provide information upon request for handling UC claims and other employee data inquiries., • Assist other office staff members with general office duties including accounting, act as the backup receptionist, and help customer service.
