Job Description: Remedy Intelligent Staffing’s Project Site Manager is a site professional responsible for day-to-day account management activities for a specific client. An individual in this role typically has:, • Excellent customer service skills, • Problem solving skills, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Internet experience and is computer literate • The ability to be RELIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE, Responsibilities of Remedy Intelligent Staffing’s Project Site Manager are as follows:, • Train new associates with pre-assignment information and orientation programs., • Take/fill all requests for temporary staffing directly from client., • Confirm daily arrivals. • Develop and implement strategic staffing methods., • Collect and Maintain employee data., • Oversee a crew or 50-60 employees., • Daily communication with department heads and/or Human Resources., • Coordinate with Remedy Branch Office to handle paychecks and resolve payroll issues., • Administer safety programs and handle all injuries., • Bilingual skill is a plus., Project Site Managers will need to be “on-call” 24-7 with an office cell phone and monitor the call-in/attendance phone line. You will have to schedule replacements and handle back-ups for staffing needs. Staffing needs, per shift, will need to be communicated directly to the branch office., This Project Site Manager assignment will be available up to 12-plus weeks and the pay will be $12.00 per hour.
