Job Description: The candidate's duties involve the collection of corporate assets from responsible parties which includes investigation of coverage issues of law, negligence determinations and general claims investigations. Further, the candidate will negotiate forms of recovery with appropriate parties. This position also involves recovery efforts through the preparation, filing and responses to inter-company arbitrations.

Education Required: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
Experience Required: Previous insurance subrogation and arbitration experience in a Property Casualty environment is particularly advantageous. Candidate must have a minimum of two years claims experience. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required, as well as strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. Prior experience in the Personal or Commercial Property areas is beneficial.
