Job Description: Seeking a very sharp experienced Maintenance Manager with a solid, proven background in a manufacturing environment with various types of processes to include fabrication, welding, metal draw, machining, painting, assembly and more., Candidate must have the following:, *3 - 5 years experience in a complex (multiple machines, multiple processes), manufacturing environment. *Experience in 24x5, 24x7 operation. *Experience in predictive and preventative maintenance programs, *Bachelors Degree in Manufacturing/Engineering or Operations is desired, may consider Mechanical or Electrical Engineering for the right combination of education and experience. *5 to 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing management. At least 3 years as a Maintenance Manager. *Demonstrate success applying Lean/Six Sigma to drive Environmental Health and Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Productivity and Quality improvements., *Strong verbal and communication skills - leading teams to successful results. *Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously to meet customer requirements., *Ability to mentor and develop employees at all levels. *Demonstrated results in team building and problem solving. *Strong Mechanical aptitude.
