Job Description: Manitowoc Cranes, a global leader in lifting solutions, is seeking a Master Scheduler to join it's team. Key responsibilities of this position include: interpret business/sales plan for forecasting and to develop manufacturing schedules; input configuration, BOM, schedules and Engineering Change Request information into MRP system; and act as liaison between Sales, Engineering and Manufacturing. Reporting directly to the Manager of Materials, this position is based in Manitowoc, WI, on the shores of Lake Michigan., Job Functions:, • Translate business plan and sales forecast into a working production plan, as necessary leveling demand to align with resources. • Configure standard and customized products to align with customer orders. • Work with Engineering Change (EC) Coordinator to ensure timely implementation of Engineering Changes. • Manage preparation of actual production orders, change orders and maintenance of inventory records. • Identify and resolve system issues/problems by communicating with the IS group. • Coordinate daily production meetings. • Active participation in Sales Income Operation Planning (SIOP) meetings. • Support Company projects as necessary. • Other duties as assigned., The Manitowoc Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
