Job Description: Position wil include but not limited to supervising a team of 4+ maintenance staff in order to ensure building, unit and grounds maintenance is completed accurately and timely. Candidate must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance isntallation and be able to make general misc. repairs to residential units as they arise. You will be responsible for all aspects of maintaining a large residential community.
