Job Description: • Work with clients to establish their needs and project requirements., • Perform site collection and analysis., • Create conceptual design through final design., • Estimate project costs, write proposals and contracts., • Present proposals to clients. • Deliver superior customer satisfaction by coordinating materials and equipment needs with nursery and landscape teams. • Achieve budgeted sales and profit goals., • Maintain high level of quality, efficiency and customer service.

Base Pay: $30,000 - 40,000 based on experience
Other Pay: Bonus potential
Education Required: Minimum two year degree in landscape design/horticulture or equivalent experience required.
Experience Required: • Minimum: 2 year degree in landscape design/horticulture with 3 years work experience., • Experience in CAD-Dynascape a plus, • Sketching, hand drawing, irrigation and low voltage lighting sytems design, hardscape design, land grading, drainage knowledge, • Excellent knowledge working with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook Express), • Experience and knowledge of landscape installation to accurately estimate materials, equipment needs and labor. • Broad knowledge of plants, including natives, plus landscape materials and equipment., • Self-motivated and a quick learner., • Must possess strong social, organizational and communication skills., • Creativity, plant and hardscape material knowledge and attention to detail a must.
