Job Description: Seeking a Lead Controls Engineer to provide hands-on technical engineering and design support for industrial projects. Develop scope of project work and estimate hours to complete. Develop, issue and conduct QA/QC of design packages for bid and construction. Coordinate and execute design and programming of PLC, HMI, VFD and Servo Motion projects from hardware design, software integration through construction start-up. Coordinate and lead engineering, design, and CAD resources. Coordinate construction activities as a lead controls engineer along with start-up support. This position requires travel 35-50%, both domestic and international.

Experience Required: Experience to include the following: *7 plus years related industry experience., *Programming Allen-Bradley (ControlLogix, SLC 500, PLC5) PLC's., *HMI, AC VFDs, and motion control programming using Rockwell Automation products. *Ethernet, Controlnet and/or Profibus Network Communications. *Flow control valves, damper actuators, P&IDs, Loop Configurations, DCS, Thermocouples, level, flow, and temperature controls. *Programming and tuning PLC based PID loops for temperature, flow, level, etc. *Programming HMI/SCADA with RSview studio and factory link. *Food, confections, and/or beverage industries.
